- Partner Acquisition: Proactively identify, vet, and recruit high-performing sales agencies or third-party firms to act as authorized resellers of our products.
- Deal Making & Negotiation: Lead the end-to-end process of establishing partnerships, from initial outreach and pitch to negotiating contract terms that ensure mutual profitability.
- Performance Management: Monitor partner performance against KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and sales targets, conducting regular business reviews to ensure the "sales-as-a-service" providers are meeting expectations.
- Relationship Maintenance: Build and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with the leadership teams of our partner agencies to ensure our product remains their top priority.
- Enablement & Onboarding: Lead the transition from contract signing to active selling by providing partners with the necessary product training, marketing collateral, and tools for success.
- Strategic Growth: Identify opportunities to scale the partnership, whether through expanding into new territories or incentivizing higher sales volumes within existing agencies.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Partner Management, Channel Sales, or B2B Business Development.
- Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to navigate complex contract negotiations and close deals with external service providers.
- Analytical Thinking: Comfortable analyzing sales data and ROI to determine if a partner is performing optimally or if corrective action is needed.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills in English to represent the company professionally during high-stakes pitches and relationship-building.
- Operational Excellence: Ability to manage multiple external partners simultaneously, ensuring no detail in the performance or contract management is overlooked
