- Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation, user guides, manuals, and other supporting documents.
- Gather and organize information from developers, product teams, and other stakeholders.
- Help translate technical information into clear and easy-to-understand documentation.
- Assist in reviewing and proofreading documents to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Update documentation based on feedback, product updates, and changes in system functionality.
- Support documentation activities using tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and other documentation tools.
- Participate in team discussions and meetings related to product and technical documentation.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Have an interest in technical writing, documentation, and technology.
- Good writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
- Able to explain or organize technical information in a clear and simple way.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Basic understanding of software development or application processes is a plus.
- Willing to learn new tools, technologies, and documentation processes.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Willing to work from office (WFO)
