Key Responsibilities

Compliance & Regulatory

Lead compliance: B3 permitting, MOEF export notifications, Basel PIC, and HS code classification.

Resolve documentation issues and ensure adherence to Indonesian environmental regulations.

Guide the process for obtaining approvals from MOEF and transit countries.

Maintain relationships with regulators and represent the company during audits, inspections, and certifications.

Export & Documentation Management

Orchestrate lab testing, dismantling/site clear-outs, logistics, and export paperwork for PCB, aluminium, copper, and plastics fractions.

Liaise with logistics providers to arrange compliant cross-border shipments.

Track export timelines and report on the status of permits, approvals, and shipments.

Internal & External Coordination

Coordinate with operations, compliance, and international teams to align sourcing with dismantling and export schedules.

Provide regular reports on sourcing, compliance status, and export progress to management.

Support international buyer requirements by ensuring proper documentation and regulatory compliance.

  We are seeking a Compliance & Commercial Lead to manage operator engagement, compliance, and export activities for our e-waste program in Indonesia. This position combines business development with responsibility for regulatory approvals and international exports. The successful candidate will have strong experience with B3 waste regulations, MOEF export processes, Basel PIC procedures, and telecom operator relations.
