Job Description:

• Recruit, develop and maintain at all times a successful team of 6-7 medical sales representatives.
• Deliver 100% of the monthly and periodic assigned team sales objectives.
• Train, coach and motivate team members to perform effectively the day to day tasks and responsibilities within the corporate guidelines.
• Key roles for District Sales Manager:
• In charge for inputs to the Sales Senior Business Managers as well as the management for strategic business and promotional plans for current and future services.
• Responsible for recruiting, training, developing, and supervising Hospital Sales Representatives/Specialists.
• Evaluate and identify improvement and development opportunities for the team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and expectations.
• Set and maintain competent product knowledge and selling skills standards within the team.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3-5 years solid experience as a Team Manager
• Proven competency to lead a team of 6-7 medical sales representatives achieving the assigned monthly and annual sales objectives.
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 1year work experience
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong Negotiation Skills
• Effective communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Persuasive and resilient
