Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
Implement and monitor the implementation of corporate and organizational culture development programs, career development, employee administration and performance management
Identify and resolve employee relations issues
Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures

Kualifikasi Minimum

Minimum bachelors' degree in Psychology, Management /Law or other relevan background
Minimum 1 years of working experience as HRBP
Having experience in outsourcing company or IT consultant is an advantage
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and good interpersonal skills
Have a multi-tasking ability and can work independent as well as in a team
