Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance applications.
Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance and best practices.
Work on AI-related projects to enhance our technology stack (value-added).
Develop and maintain back-end services using Python, .NET, Golang, Node.js, Java, or Ruby.
Implement and optimize front-end solutions using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, Vue.js, or Flutter.
Ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end components.
Manage and optimize database performance using PostgreSQL (relational) and MongoDB (NoSQL).
Implement DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimal system performance.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and integrate them into existing projects as needed.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
Adapt to new technologies and changing project requirements.

Kualifikasi Minimum

Willing to be placed at Pulomas, East Jakarta
Minimum +7 Years experience in software development
Proven track record in a senior role OR lead developer position
Proven track record in leading and working on AI projects (value added)
Proficiency in back-end technologies such as Python, .NET, Golang, Node.js, Java, Ruby
Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as frameworks like React, Angular, Vue.js, and Flutter
Extensive experience with DevOps practices and tools (Azure, AWS, GCP)
Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI (CI/CD Pipelines)
Good understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Willing to adapt to new technologies and changing requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to mentor and guide other members
