Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Manage the entire product lifecycle, from defining the product vision and goals to overseeing development and delivery.
Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring user stories are clear, actionable, and have well-defined acceptance criteria.
Make key decisions during sprint planning and execution to ensure alignment with the product roadmap and objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, design, and business) to ensure product development aligns with user needs and business goals.
Ensure high-quality outputs from the team, maintaining product standards and encouraging continuous improvement.
Create and prioritize Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria to guide the development process.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on product progress and aligning expectations.
Requirements:

Kualifikasi Minimum

Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1).
2-3 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within digital product management.
Strong technical background and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
Quick learner, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
