Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Scoop of Work (SoW):

1. Conduct discussion with Business Owner on their business plan and business goals, and then do product benchmarking and analysis to develop the product roadmap.
2. Discuss with related Business Owner to determine the priority and refine the product backlog regularly and/or as per necessity.
3. Determine the objective, business background/pain point, and the features to be added/modify.
4. Develop the release plan document, lead the release process, and assure the preparation of release is completed before execution.
5. Design the evaluation metrics (product metrics) and collaborate for the development of report/dashboard.
6. Conduct review of the metrics’ result, define any unproper pattern for further problem analysis, and review the business result.
7. Conduct problem analysis resulted from the metrics’ indicator.
8. Review the product backlog and put necessary refinement as resulted from the product performance review.

Kualifikasi Minimum

Requirement:

1. Placement at Pulomas Office (Jakarta)
2. Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Engineering, or a related field
3. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in product or adjacent areas—including at least 1 year managing AI-driven products—with a proven track record of delivering successful and innovative solutions for merchants or internal teams
4. Strong understanding of data, design, research, software engineering, and business processes, with the ability to collaborate effectively across these domains
5. Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to leverage data and metrics to support product decisions and feature justifications
6. Strong communication skills, capable of translating strategy, insights, and priorities into a clear and compelling narrative for stakeholders at all levels
7. High attention to detail and a quality-driven mindset, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities independently
8. Solid understanding of underlying systems and processes, with strong logical reasoning to support complex product decisions
