Clinical Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers to showcase the effectiveness and benefits of our aesthetic devices.
• Support the sales team by providing expert knowledge and clinical insights during customer interactions.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure customers are fully equipped to use our devices.
• Assist in creating and updating training materials and manuals for sales team and customers.
• Provide ongoing support and follow-up with customers to ensure optimal product use and satisfaction.
• Stay current with industry trends, advancements, and best practices to enhance training programs and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from medical background (general practitioner / aesthetic doctor).
• Working experience in medical or aesthetic industry or similar job function as a clinical trainer.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Proactive and customer-focused with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel domestically and overseas for trainings.
• Proficiency in English
