- Develop and implement corporate & marketing communication strategies that support company goals, brand positioning, and business growth.
- Lead, manage, and develop the Marketing Communication & Public Relation team.
- Oversee A to Z marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, including social media, website, email marketing, events, exhibitions, and promotional materials.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with company standards, brand guidelines, and applicable regulations.
- Monitor marketing campaign performance through analytics, ROI, customer insights, and other relevant metrics to improve effectiveness while keeping the marketing budget under control.
- Build and maintain good relationships with media, KOLs, customers, clinics, doctors, and other business partners.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
- Support the sales team with marketing materials and communication tools.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communication, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Marketing Communication, Branding, or related field, preferably from beauty, aesthetic, healthcare, hospitality, or luxury industry.
- Minimum 3–5 years in managerial or leadership roles.
- Experience in handling integrated marketing campaigns, digital marketing, and brand management.
- Strong understanding of platform formats and content performance metrics.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities while working both independently and within a distributed team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build strong and trust based client relationships.
- Well groomed with a professional look, demonstrating a confident and engaging personality.
- Willingness to travel domestically & internationally.
- Fluent in English, additional language skills (e.g. Mandarin) are an advantage.
