BRAND OPERATIONS & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER  

Responsibilities :

* Assist in setting up the brand’s operations from the ground up
* Develop operational workflows and product flow
* Coordinate with vendors, contract manufacturers, and production partners
* Oversee product development and launch timelines
* Help build and develop MALKA’s initial team
* Manage inventory, packaging, and customer experience
* Coordinate with creative, marketing, and e-commerce teams
* Help ensure brand positioning and aesthetic consistency align with brand direction

• Malka – Premium Aesthetic Shapewear Brand

  MALKA is a premium aesthetic shapewear and recovery wear brand focused on body confidence, modern femininity, and luxury comfort for women.

  MALKA is currently in the development and pre-launch phase, and we are seeking individuals passionate about fashion, beauty, wellness, and brand building to join our founding team.

• Qualifications :
  * Male/Female, minimum Bachelor’s degree from reputable university
  * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the following fields:
  * fashion
  * beauty/wellness
  * lifestyle brands
  * premium retail
  * shapewear/bodywear is a plus
  * Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail
  * Strong execution and organizational skills
  * Able to work quickly and adapt to a startup or growing brand environment
  * Strong leadership and a sense of ownership
  * Familiar with marketplaces, social media, and brand operations

  Bonus Qualifications :
  * Experience in brand launches
  * Understanding of garment/contract manufacturing workflows
  * Understanding of premium customer experience
  * Passion for women’s lifestyle and confidence brands
