Partnership & Operation Specialist  

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute integrated partnership strategies (Integrated Sponsorship) covering offline activations at T-Space and online exposure on the YouTube channel.

● Manage daily operations and technical coordination for routine programs.

● Identify new revenue opportunities from third parties and ensure optimal space and schedule availability for event organizers.

● Prepare periodic performance reports on transactions and visitor traffic data as a form of accountability to sponsors.

Additional Information: These positions will be managed independently within a lean team structure that prioritizes cross-divisional collaboration.

Role Summary: Responsible for building strategic alliances with external partners and ensuring the operational smoothness of all internal activities to achieve asset monetization targets.

● Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Communication, Business Management, or other relevant fields.

● Minimum of 2 years of work experience in partnership management, business development, or professional event management.

● Possess high-level negotiation skills and an extensive network within the creative or corporate industries.
