- Design, develop, test, and maintain web, mobile, and backend applications for banking operations and digital channels
- Develop secure and efficient APIs and integrate systems with core banking, third-party, and internal services
- Collaborate with other teams to deliver functional and user-friendly solutions
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, following industry best practices and coding standards
- Ensure software solutions comply with data security, regulatory, and banking governance standards
- Support production systems and provide technical expertise for ongoing system improvements
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major, with experience in the IT field.
- Have at least 3 years of experience as a Programmer or in an equivalent position in a similar industry.
- Experience in application monitoring and performance monitoring using Dynatrace, Grafana, and Elastic (ELK Stack).
- Understanding of application performance monitoring, log analysis, troubleshooting, and issue identification using monitoring tools.
- Proficient in one or more of the following: Java, Kotlin, Python, Golang, ASP.NET (C#), HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, PHP, Swift, Objective-C.
- Experience in one or more of the following backend and frontend frameworks: Spring Boot, RestEasy, RESTful API, ISO8583, React, Angular, Next.js/Nuxt.js, Vue.js, Bootstrap, CSS Grid System, Flutter.
- Experience with one or more of the following databases: MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, DB2, NoSQL.
- Experience with Apache Kafka or similar messaging/streaming platforms.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile software development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Understands general banking processes or has experience in banking IT.
- Willing to work onsite in Central Jakarta.
