- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to maximize performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and business partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Handle negotiations and close high-value property deals.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in property/real estate sales.
- Strong leadership and proven sales management skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of property market trends and sales processes.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
