Fullstack Engineer  

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable fullstack applications across multiple projects.
2. Build and improve ERP, HR management, and other enterprise-level systems.
3. Develop responsive, efficient, and maintainable frontend applications using NextJS and React.
4. Implement backend services, REST APIs, and database integrations.
5. Apply appropriate software architecture and design patterns to support long-term maintainability.
6. Write and maintain automated tests, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application performance.
7. Contribute to code reviews, technical discussions, and engineering best practices.
8. Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements:

1. Mid-to-senior level experience in fullstack software development
2. Strong proficiency in Next.js, React, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
3. Proven experience building scalable backend or fullstack applications.
4. Solid understanding of REST APIs, SQL databases, and Git.
5. Good knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and clean code practices.
6. Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms.
7. Experience in application testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
8. Comfortable using database management tools such as DBeaver and modern code editors.
9. Strong problem-solving skills, ownership, and the ability to collaborate across teams.
