Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- responsible for driving revenue growth by securing new business, maintaining
- relationships with key clients, and promoting the resort’s offerings to travel agents, corporate clients, and tour operators.
- The role involves proactive sales efforts, market research, and collaboration with the marketing team to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Proven experience in the same role in the hospitality or luxury industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing high-value deals.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-driven, highly motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Innovative mindset with experience in implementing fresh ideas and strategies to enhance guest engagement.
- Work with other departments to ensure seamless communication
