Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop and execute marketing & communication strategies to promote TUI BLUE Berawa.
- Manage social media channels, website content, and email marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging content (videos, blogs, press releases) to enhance brand visibility.
- Coordinate with agencies/vendors for advertising, PR, and media partnerships.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data insights.
- Ensure brand consistency across all guest touchpoints (online & offline).
- Support sales/promotional initiatives and crisis communications if needed.
Kualifikasi Minimum
-
Strong knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, social media, content marketing, email campaigns).

Experience with brand management, PR, and media relations.

Proficient in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights) and CMS/design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite).

Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal); additional languages a plus.

Creative, organized, and able to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
