The Marketing Communication Staff is responsible for planning, developing, and executing effective communication strategies to support the company’s marketing activities. This role involves creating compelling content, managing digital platforms, and supporting promotional campaigns and events to strengthen brand awareness and engagement.

• Develop and implement communication strategies aligned with marketing objectives.
• Create engaging and accurate communication materials for campaigns across various channels.
• Manage social media platforms, ensuring consistent and creative content delivery.
• Collaborate with teams to brainstorm and execute innovative promotional ideas.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing events and promotional activities.
• Conduct research and analysis to produce relevant communication materials.
• Deliver effective presentations and represent the company in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum education D3/Bachelor’s degree.
2. Freshgraduate are welcome to apply.
3. Skilled in developing communication strategies and content tailored to the target audience.
4. Proficient in copywriting, design using Canva/Adobe Photoshop, and managing social media.
5. Creative and skilled in managing promotions or events.
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
8. Creative, professional, and well-presented.
