- Manage Endpoint Security, such as patching, antivirus, encryption, DLP & device control.
- Maintain security compliance of all operations.
- Create a monthly report for the customer
- Create & submit material sales data for customers
- Communicate to superior to investigate and solve irregular conditions.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Security Operations, Endpoint Security, Security Administration, or related roles.
- Experience working with customers and preparing operational or security reports.
- Strong knowledge of Endpoint Security technologies, including:
- Antivirus / Endpoint Protection
- EDR (Endpoint Detection & Response)
- Disk Encryption
- Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
- Device Control
- Patch Management
- Experience administering endpoint security solutions such as Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, CrowdStrike, Symantec, Trend Micro, McAfee, Sophos, or equivalent platforms.
- Good understanding of Windows endpoint administration and troubleshooting.
