- Manage manpower administration (employee data, documents, uniforms, and client updates)
- Monitor attendance and manpower data changes, including regular reporting
- Prepare and manage employment contracts (PKWT), including evaluation and contract period management
- Prepare manpower reports and employee documents, and coordinate with clients regarding workforce needs
Kualifikasi Minimum
- D3/S1 from any major
- Having a minimum Japanese language proficiency certification at JLPT N3 level is required, both written and spoken communication skills will be an advantage.
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Available to start ASAP
