- Teach students in Ginoujisshuu and Tokuteiginou preparation
- Participate in creating syllabus, curriculum, and teaching materials
- Organizing the teaching schedule
- Preparing reports on N3 & N4 exam results
- Observe classes and provide feedback
- Manage and control "kadai kurasu" (homework class)
- Preparing placement tests
- Handle tasks related to Japanese language education at the Training Centre
- Handle other tasks related to Ginoujisshuu and Tokuteiginiou programs
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Have JLPT certificate min. N3 (N2 is preferred)
- Able to communicate effectively in Japanese, both verbally and in writing
- Minimum 1 year of experience as Japanese teacher
- Passionate about Japanese language education
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Eager to take on new challenges and opportunities for growth
