Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, or a related field, preferably with exposure to Enterprise Architecture concepts.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to evolving platforms.
Hands-on experience in JavaScript-based application/portal development.
Advanced expertise in ARIS Connect & ARIS Scripting.
Installation, configuration, administration, and upgrading of ARIS platforms using MSSQL and Oracle databases.
Proficient in SQL, JavaScript, HTML, XML.
Knowledge and experience with authentication protocols including LDAP, SSO (Kerberos, SAML2), and SSL.
Understanding of SOAP and RESTful APIs for system integration.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Kualifikasi Minimum

Develop, configure, and maintain ARIS Connect and other ARIS modules for business process modeling and documentation.
Customize ARIS interfaces and reports using ARIS scripting (JavaScript).
Install, configure, upgrade, and administer ARIS components on environments running MSSQL and Oracle databases.
Integrate ARIS with enterprise systems using SOAP and RESTful Web Services.
Ensure secure platform access through proper setup of LDAP, SSO (Kerberos, SAML2), and SSL authentication protocols.
Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to understand process requirements and deliver optimal ARIS-based solutions.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for the ARIS environment.
Document configurations, scripts, and integration workflows clearly and consistently.
