Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Design, build, and deploy NLP models for tasks such as sentiment analysis, text classification, named entity recognition (NER), document summarization, and question answering.
- Apply machine learning and deep learning techniques to solve complex business problems using unstructured text data.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art AI solutions, including large language models (LLMs), transformers (e.g., BERT, GPT), and generative AI applications.
- Clean, preprocess, and analyze large volumes of textual data.
- Collaborate with data engineers and ML engineers to deploy and maintain models in production.
- Interpret model performance, generate insights, and present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Continuously improve existing models and stay up to date with the latest developments in NLP and AI.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist with a strong focus on NLP and AI projects.
- Proficient in Python and NLP libraries such as spaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face Transformers, Gensim, etc.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, transformer-based models, and fine-tuning techniques.
- Strong understanding of ML algorithms (classification, clustering, regression) and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience with model deployment and APIs (e.g., Flask, FastAPI, Docker) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is an advantage.
