Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Golang.
Work with SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
Participate in architectural discussions and help build solutions using microservices and cloud-native technologies.
Apply best practices including unit testing, clean code, and clean architecture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, DevOps, and QA.
Contribute to continuous improvement in development processes and infrastructure.
Take part in DevOps activities such as deployment automation, monitoring, and system reliability.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

4+ years of experience as a Backend Developer.

Strong programming skills in Golang.

Experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).

Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).

Experience with cloud platforms and microservices architecture.

Good understanding of unit testing and clean architecture principles.

Hands-on experience or involvement in DevOps practices.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Experience working in large-scale startups or the banking sector is a strong plus.

Kualifikasi Minimum

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
+4 years of experience as Backend Developer.
Strong Knowledge in Programming with Golang.
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB.
Familiar with implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
Experience with cloud technologies and microservices architecture.
Familiar with unit testing and clean architecture.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skill.
Experience working in Big Start-Up or Banking is a plus.
