- Design, build, and optimize ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency throughout the ETL lifecycle.
- Monitor ETL jobs and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
- Manage and update Tableau dashboards to meet evolving business needs.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to improve dashboard performance.
- Perform routine maintenance, installation, and backup activities for Tableau environments.
- Ensure system reliability and security by following best practices.
- Provide technical support for dashboard users and data-related issues.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions.
- Clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Min 2–3 years of experience in data engineering role.
- Proficiency with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
- Strong hands-on experience with SSIS for ETL development.
- Proven ability to manage and optimize Tableau dashboards.
- Solid SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and performance tuning.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Good communication skills and team collaboration mindset.
- Available to start as soon as possible on a 12-month contract, onsite at our Central Jakarta office.
