- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with customers
- Understand client business goals and identify opportunities for IT solutions
- Present, propose, and sell IT products and services (e.g., cloud, software, networking, cybersecurity, managed services)
- Collaborate with technical, pre-sales, and delivery teams to design and implement solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, proposals, negotiations, and contract closure
- Monitor account performance, renewals, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalations when necessary
- Prepare reports, forecasts, and account plans
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 2–5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development in IT solutions
- Strong understanding of IT products and services
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong customer-focused and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work with technical teams and translate technical concepts into business value
- Strategic account planning and pipeline management
