- Act as a lead in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements.
- Work closely with stakeholders, users, and technical teams to ensure clear understanding of business needs.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and support the implementation process.
- Participate across the full project lifecycle, from requirement analysis through design, development, and implementation.
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Analyst / IT Business Analyst.
- Proven experience handling requirement analysis in banking projects.
- Strong background as a Business Analyst with basic technical understanding (e.g., application architecture, APIs, databases, or SDLC).
- Demonstrated ability to lead requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Experience in designing and delivering at least 5 applications or more, from design to implementation.
