- Monitor any equipment are hosted in dc / server-room
- Problem solver in dc general facility especially electrical, mechanical
- Perform documentation properly & accurately
- Able to follow rules & procedure consistently
- Perform BAU check in/out backup tape
- Follow up any ticket incident/change request and resolve the ticket timely manner
- Follow up backup/restore request as part of BAU user support
- Follow up file transfer in staging server as part of BAU user support
- Escort dc visitor
- Supervise preventive maintenance for dc facility: eq, cctv, accessdoor, fire protection, airflow
- Assign rack access
- Perform daily check of any equipment in dc / server-room
- Perform weekly inspection refer to standard checklist
- Perform stock opname and inventory all asset in dc / server-room monthly accurately
Kualifikasi Minimum
- D3/S1 degree in electrical engineering, or computer science. Relevant working experiences can override university degree
- 2 - 3 years working experience in relevant subject.
- Proficient in English written and oral
- Willing to work in shift and working in dc site
- Having certification in datacenter preferred, such as EPI dc framework, BNSP Pengelolaan data center. If no certification, committed to obtain the certification within 6 months after onboard
- Having softskills of proactive, team player & good communication
- Well known in datacenter system, include inspection, troubleshoot, problem solving
- Having knowledge in cooling, power & ups system
- Having knowledge in server, storage, network cabling
- Having knowledge to use testing equipment: multimeter, cable tester
- Having knowledge in Windows server, Server hardening, secure ftp/ssh
- Working experience in large dc deployment preferred
