- Perform application development including new feature implementation, change requests (CR), and bug fixing across both frontend and backend components.
- Participate in technical discussions and brainstorming sessions with team leads to define optimal solutions and system design approaches.
- Collaborate using version control systems (Bitbucket) to manage source code, branching, and code integration processes.
- Execute deployment activities to development environments, ensuring successful build and configuration.
- Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) to validate end-to-end functionality and ensure system stability.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to code changes, enhancements, and system behavior.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery within both Agile and Waterfall development environments.
Kualifikasi Minimum

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in software development or fresh graduates with relevant internship/project experience are welcome to apply.

Proficient in backend development using Java and Spring Boot.

Experienced in frontend development using JavaScript.

Familiar with relational and non-relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Oracle Database.

Good understanding of SQL and PL/SQL.

Familiar with version control tools such as Bitbucket.

Basic knowledge of containerization and deployment technologies including Red Hat OpenShift (OCP), Kubernetes, and Jenkins.

Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing processes, including System Integration Testing (SIT).

Able to create and maintain technical documentation.

Familiar with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn.

Able to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
