- Manage and coordinate end-to-end project delivery activities, ensuring projects are delivered according to agreed scope, timeline, quality standards, and business requirements.
- Collaborate with application teams, project teams, IT teams, business stakeholders, and external parties to ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate project planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Track project progress, deliverables, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies, and ensure timely resolution of project-related challenges.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project objectives and requirements.
- Support application and project delivery activities, including requirements gathering, development coordination, testing, implementation, and post-implementation activities.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, meeting minutes, and other project-related materials.
- Ensure project activities comply with established processes, standards, and governance requirements
- Proactively identify potential project risks and issues and work with relevant stakeholders to develop appropriate mitigation and resolution plans.
- Support projects within the banking or financial services environment, particularly those involving core banking applications or systems.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Project Management, Project Delivery, Application Delivery, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Strong project management, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Experience working on banking or financial institution projects is highly preferred.
- Knowledge or experience with Core Banking systems is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and project activities effectively.
- Proactive, responsible, and results-oriented working attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and collaborative approach.
