- Collaborate with Developers, Product Designers, and Business Owners to understand product development requirements.
- Develop and manage requirement documents based on the product or feature development needs.
- Create and prioritize the Product Backlog.
- Develop User Stories and Acceptance Criteria to ensure clarity during the product development process.
- Lead and coordinate the development squad to ensure product features are delivered according to the defined targets.
- Monitor the development progress and conduct evaluations of the developed product features.
- Ensure product development processes are carried out in accordance with applicable Good Corporate Governance and company policies.
- Manage the overall product development process, from ideation and planning through implementation and evaluation.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Digital Product Manager, Product Manager, or in a similar Product Management role.
- Experience in the Banking or Financial Services industry is required.
- Strong experience in Product Development and Product Management.
- Experience in gathering and managing Product Requirements and Requirement Documents.
- Strong understanding of Product Backlog Management and Prioritization.
- Experience in creating User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
- Strong Stakeholder Management and Communication Skills.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Developers, Product Designers, and Business Owners.
- Ability to monitor product development from planning through implementation and evaluation.
- Understanding of Good Corporate Governance and compliance processes is a plus.
