Sales Executive Jawa Tengah or Jawa Timur Based  

Job Descriptions :

• Develop new markets to increase the Company’s revenue.
• Conduct customer visits.
• Analyze customer needs in detail.
• Prepare systematic reports on revenue achievements from new markets.
• Provide customers with complete and accurate product information.
• Negotiate prices, volumes, and terms with customers.
• Analyze production timelines and lead times to ensure delivery commitments.
• Coordinate with the production and quality divisions regarding the PPOS process.
• Provide regular updates to customers on the status of purchase orders.
• Monitor and follow up on customer complaints promptly and accurately.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales within the printing or packaging manufacturing industry.
• Experience in handling custom label or packaging projects from initiation to delivery.
• Well-established and relevant professional network.
• Excellent communication skills, persuasive, team-oriented, and target-driven.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Well-organized in reporting and documentation.
• Ability to conduct market research effectively, especially in Central & East Java markets.
• Willing to work under a remote system, preferably domiciled in Central Java or East Java.
