Sales Section Head Bali Based  

Job Descriptions :

• Actively develop new markets to drive revenue growth.
• Ensure the sales team achieves targets and contributes to business growth.
• Maintain positive and collaborative relationships with cross-departmental teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Lead and monitor the performance of the sales team.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain and update the customer database regularly.
• Regularly report sales performance and team progress.

Qualifications :

• Experience of at least 3 years as Sales Section Head or Sales SPV, in the label printing or packaging industry.
• Strong understanding of market characteristics and customer needs in Bali.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experienced in handling custom projects from initial brief to final delivery.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Quick to learn, adaptable, and target-oriented.
• Strong leadership.
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
• Willing to work mobile if required.
• Preferably based in Bali.
