- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, particularly within the B2B food and related industries.
- Develop and execute sales action plans to achieve business growth.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving service-related issues effectively.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up with customers until successful deal closure.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential business opportunities.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline from a reputable university.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG, consumer goods, B2B sales, or related industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for meeting new people and building professional relationships.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Creative, proactive, and results-driven.
