- Perform and manage sensory evaluation activities for new product development (NPD) and existing products.
- Plan and conduct consumer test and panel test to evaluate product performance and consumer preference.
- Ensure accurate data collection, interpretation, and reporting to support product development related to sensory.
- Manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional collaboration with other RNI parts, Strategic Marketing and external partners.
- Respect company regulation /quality management requirement which associate in its activities (GMP, Halal, ISO 9001 , etc).
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum education is Bachelor (S1) from Food Science, Technology or Statistics.
- Fresh graduates with passion in beauty industry are welcome to apply.
- Having internship or work experience in the food / cosmetic industry / market research company will be an advantage.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken.
- Familiar with Ms. Excel, Ms. PowerPoint, and Ms. Word.
- Good communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
- Good adaptation and willingness to learn.
