- Identify and develop new potential customers through cold calling, networking, field visits, referrals, and other sales activities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities, particularly in the industrial, manufacturing, packaging, and related sectors.
- Approach and build relationships with prospective clients, understand their needs, and introduce suitable products and solutions.
- Generate and manage sales leads from initial prospecting through quotation, negotiation, and closing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential key accounts to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with customers.
- Prepare quotations, sales reports, and follow up on customer inquiries and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services to customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and continuously expand the customer base.
- Willing to travel nationwide to visit prospective and existing customers.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in B2B sales, particularly in coding/marking, packaging, or industrial solution
- Proven track record in managing and developing key accounts
- Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship building skills
- Result driven and target oriented
- Willing to travel and visit key accounts nationwide
