- Proven experience creating Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD)
- UML proficiency: use case, sequence, activity diagrams, and entity-relationship diagrams
- Basic SQL for data validation, requirement tracing, and gap analysis
- Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile / Scrum SDLC methodologies
- Track record in full-cycle banking project delivery (core banking, payment gateway, CRM, or reporting systems)
- Experience coordinating with vendors, third-party integrators, and bank IT governance teams
Kualifikasi Minimum
- (Mandatory) Experience in Regulatory reporting Banking
- (Mandatory) Have Experience working of .NET-based web and PC system architectures
- (Mandatory) Having experience in SQL
