Technical & Industry Expertise

SAP Basis & HANA Competency

Strong expertise in SAP NetWeaver administration, SAP S/4HANA architecture, and SAP HANA Database administration.

Proficient in using Software Update Manager (SUM) and SAP diagnostic tools, including ST06, ST03, SM51, SAP HANA Studio, and SAP HANA Cockpit.

Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori landscape configuration, Transport Management System (TMS), and basic SAP Security & Authorization.

Infrastructure & Operating System / Database Knowledge

Solid understanding of operating system administration, particularly Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and SUSE Linux Enterprise Server (SLES) for SAP environments.

Experience working with cloud and virtualization platforms, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), as well as on-premises infrastructure.

Industry Environment Awareness

Strong understanding of the importance of high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) in supporting mission-critical systems within the heavy industry and manufacturing sectors, where even minor system disruptions can have a direct impact on factory logistics and production line operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience

Education:

Bachelor's degree (S1) in information technology, information systems, computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.

Work Experience:

Minimum 4–7 years of overall experience in SAP Basis/system administration, with at least 3–5 years focused on SAP S/4HANA and SAP HANA database environments.

Hands-on experience in at least 1–2 full-cycle SAP upgrade projects, such as SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA or SAP HANA to a newer HANA version upgrade.
