Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Product Manager, Product Owner, Business
Analyst, or ERP Consultant.
• Experience handling products for QSR, F&B chain, restaurant enterprise, retail
chain, POS, ERP, or multi-outlet operations.
• Strong understanding of QSR business processes, including:
o Outlet operations
o POS transaction flow
o Menu management
o Kitchen or production flow
o Inventory usage
o Stock movement
o Waste/spoilage handling
o Shift or cashier settlement
o Outlet reporting
• Functional understanding of ERP modules, especially:
o Inventory
o Procurement
o Sales
o Finance and accounting
o Master data
o Reporting
o Approval workflow
• Able to create clear and structured PRDs, user stories, business process flows,
acceptance criteria, and UAT scenarios.
• Strong ability to communicate with business users, operations teams, finance
teams, procurement teams, warehouse teams, IT teams, and engineering teams.
• Comfortable discussing technical topics such as API integration, system behavior,
data flow, status lifecycle, and error handling.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to business
process details.
• Able to manage priorities across business needs, customer requests, technical
constraints, and delivery timeline.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum product development process.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field with 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst, delivering successful digital products and managing cross-functional teams.
