Job Description

We are looking for a Data Analyst & Visualization professional with 3+ years of experience to gather business requirements, collect and prepare data, perform analysis, and develop interactive dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, identify key challenges, define KPIs, and develop data-driven solutions.

Extract, clean, transform, validate, and model data from SQL databases, CRM, ERP, marketing platforms, CSV files, and other data sources.

Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, correlations, anomalies, and business opportunities.

Generate actionable insights and present clear recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar BI tools.

Create effective data visualizations using calculated fields, filters, drilldowns, tooltips, and self-service reporting features.

Publish, maintain, monitor, troubleshoot, and improve dashboards based on user feedback and changing business requirements.

Document data sources, assumptions, transformation logic, and reporting processes.

Support end-user training and manage dashboard access permissions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Data Analysis, including data visualization and dashboard development.

Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, aggregation, and transformation.

Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis.

Strong experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar BI and data visualization tools.

Ability to develop interactive dashboards, calculated fields, and data models.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data cleaning.

Understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, ETL processes, and star/snowflake schemas.

Knowledge of statistical concepts, including descriptive statistics, correlation, regression, and hypothesis testing.

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, storytelling, stakeholder-management, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.

Ability to translate complex data findings into clear and actionable business recommendations.
