- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Maintain and update accounting records and databases
- Prepare basic financial documents (invoices, receipts, vouchers)
- Assist with data entry and filing
- Support month-end closing activities
- Handle petty cash and bank reconciliations
- Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger
- Assist with monthly financial reporting
- Perform account reconciliations
- Support budget preparation and variance analysis
- Handle fixed asset tracking and depreciation
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proficiency in Accurate Software;
- Minimum 2 years working experience in Accounting and Finance
