As a Growth Marketing at Pajak.io, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth through the implementation and optimization of advertising strategies, data-driven decision making, and enhancing the user experience across our digital platforms. You will work closely with our marketing team (digital marketing, content marketing & creative), sales, and product teams to manage advertising budget spending, analyze campaign performance, optimize key metrics, and ensure that our online presence is continuously updated and optimized.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and manage data-driven ad campaigns to achieve growth objectives. Monitor and optimize advertising budget spending to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Analyze and optimize key advertising metrics, including click-through rate (CTR), cost per click (CPC), cost per lead (CPL), and cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Conduct A/B testing on various advertising channels and creatives to identify the most effective strategies.
- Leverage analytic tools (such as Google Analytics, Think with Google, and Google Trends) during market research to find ways to enhance the company’s marketing efforts.
- Ensure the company blog, social media accounts, and website are continuously updated and optimized to provide a great user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine target audience segmentation and improve the overall customer journey.
- Analyze campaign performance and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities in the advertising and analytics landscape.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role with a focus on managing and optimizing ad campaigns and analytics.
- Strong knowledge of various advertising channels, platforms, best practices, and analytical tools.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Think with Google, and Google Trends, as well as advertising platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Preferably has a keen interest in the tech industry and finance.
