About TravOS
TravOS is a travel technology platform developed by Travelport Indonesia that enables searching, booking, and issuing multi-products in one integrated system. Built using modern technologies such as APIs, web scraping, and command injection, TravOS supports end-to-end processes from front to back office, including booking management, reporting, payment, and ancillary services.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and evolve core features of the TravOS platform that power multi-product travel bookings end-to-end
- Design and deliver high-performance APIs and backend services that support real-time search, booking, and issuing
- Bring new integrations to life by connecting TravOS with travel providers, payment systems, and ancillary services
- Enhance platform scalability, reliability, and security to support growing business needs
- Work closely with product, QA, and support teams to turn complex requirements into seamless user experiences
- Take ownership of system performance — identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements
- Solve real-world technical challenges across booking flows, PNR retrieval, reporting, and user management
- Contribute ideas to continuously modernize the platform using the latest technologies and architecture
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience with .NET / C# development
- Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices
- Familiarity with SQL databases
- Experience integrating external APIs
- Understanding of software architecture and system design
- Experience in travel, booking, or e-commerce systems is a plus
- Experience with web scraping or automation tools
- Knowledge of secure payment integration
- Experience with cloud environments
