Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or a related commercial role, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or team leadership position.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales, revenue, and business growth targets.
  • Strong experience in developing business strategies, identifying new market opportunities, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales or business development teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to interpret market trends, sales data, and business performance metrics.
  • Experience preparing sales forecasts, pipeline reports, business cases, and presentations for senior management.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and experienced in using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and adaptable, with a strong commercial mindset and customer-focused approach.
  • Willing to travel for client meetings, business development activities, or company events when required.
