About the Role
As a Senior Aircraft Maintenance Technician (SAMT), you will be directly involved in ensuring aircraft safety and airworthiness. You will perform component removal/installation, inspections, aircraft servicing, refueling/defueling, jacking, and arrival-departure technical handling (ADTH). Your work will support the reliability and safety of our fleet, under the supervision of licensed engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform removal and installation of aircraft systems and components (LRU/mechanical systems) in accordance with approved maintenance data.
- Inspect aircraft structure, systems, and removed parts; record discrepancies and raise rectification orders.
- Carry out aircraft servicing, refueling/defueling, jacking, and ADTH activities with strict adherence to safety procedures.
- Ensure proper documentation, tagging, and traceability of parts and tasks.
- Act as Wing Walker during aircraft towing operations to ensure safe clearances.
- Maintain housekeeping, orderliness, and compliance with Safety & Quality Management Systems.
- Access and utilize technical publications, maintenance data, and IT systems for reporting and correspondence.

Kualifikasi Minimum
- Education:
- D3/S1 in Aeronautical/Engineering.
- Experience:
- Have minimum 2 years of experience in aircraft maintenance of type (A320s, A330s, ATRs, B737s, B777s, B747s, or C-130s).
- Certification & Licensing:
- At least two Aircraft Maintenance Basic Certificates (A1, A2, A4 or C1, C2, C4)
- ADTH and related maintenance training certificates are preferred.
- English Proficiency: TOEIC ≥ 475, proven by active and valid ETS or ITC TOEIC certificates.
