ICT Analyst for Network & Infrastructure  

Key Responsibility

• Design and develop network architecture and telecommunications infrastructure aligned with business needs.
• Lead and execute end-to-end network and infrastructure projects (analysis, implementation, testing, and optimization).
• Implement and monitor network infrastructure and cybersecurity controls to ensure system security and integrity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network, system, and internet-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Configure and manage routing protocols (RIP, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, IGRP) to support network performance and scalability.
• Implement and maintain security technologies (Firewall, IDS/IPS, WAF) along with monitoring tools.
• Operate and support network and security devices/vendors (e.g., Cisco, HPE Aruba, Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet, F5) to ensure infrastructure stability

Technical Competencies

• TCP/IP services (DNS, DHCP, TFTP, SSH, SMTP, etc.).
• Routing protocols (RIP, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, IGRP).
• Network security (Firewall, IDS/IPS, WAF).
• Network monitoring tools.
• Linux/Unix systems.
• Familiarity with Cisco, HPE Aruba, Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Bluecoat, F5, Riverbed is a plus.

• D4/S1 (Bachelor’s Degree) in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or any related fields.
• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT
• Have active certification for Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or Network Security Expert (NSE)
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, presentation skill, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
