We are looking for a motivated and analytical professional to join our Marketing & Product Development Team . This role will support marketing initiatives, product development, CRM management, and brand strengthening within the aviation MRO business.
Key Responsibilities
- Support marketing and sales initiatives to grow customer engagement and business opportunities
- Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify trends and potential markets
- Support product development initiatives for MRO services
- Manage and maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data to support marketing and sales activities
- Support brand management and marketing communication to strengthen company positioning
- Prepare marketing materials, proposals, and presentations
- Coordinate with technical, commercial, and customer teams
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong interest in marketing and sales
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong analytical skills, particularly for market research and insights
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer data management
- Understanding of brand management and marketing communication
- Adequate knowledge of aviation MRO products and services
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
- Preferred Qualifications
- Educational background in aviation, engineering, business, management, marketing, or related fields
- Experience in aviation MRO, aerospace, or B2B technical marketing is an advantage
