Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Plan and execute company-wide events aimed at boosting morale and fostering a positive work environment
- Organize and facilitate monthly team-building activities, from planning, budgeting, concepting, executing, and reporting)
- Make recommendations for improvements to management related to the best practices in employee engagement
- Collect data on employee engagement levels through surveys and focus groups, and analyze results to identify trends
- Collaborate with manager, other HR teams and related stakeholders for bigger events
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Min. 2 years of experience in event management, people engagement, employee branding-related field
- Experience in handling events and able to work independently with minimum guidance
- Have a great attention to details and strong interpersonal & communication skills, both verbal and written
- Flexible, fast learner, confident, active, creative
