- Manage and direct processes and R&D (research and development) to meet the needs of our AI strategy.
- Understand company and client challenges and how integrating AI capabilities can help lead to solutions.
- Collect, clean, and prepare internal data for model training.
- Develop data pipelines and workflows for retaining and monitoring AI models.
- Deploy AI models to servers/cloud for real-time use.
- Evaluate model performance regularly and apply tuning to improve accuracy.
- Conduct proof of concept (PoC) to explore potential AI use cases in web development projects.
- Integrate and leverage external LLMs and generative AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, LLaMA) to enhance company projects.
- Collaborate with the web development team to ensure seamless AI integration.
- Provide technical documentation and user guides for AI modules.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in data science, AI/ML model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Strong proficiency in Phyton, AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn), and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
- Knowledge of REST API development and web development stacks (PHP, Node.js, JavaScript) for AI model integration.
- Experience in building AI projects integrated with web applications (e.g. NLP-based chatbots for websites).
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Collaborative mindset and possess effective communication skills to explain AI concepts to non-technical teams.
- Adaptable and eager to stay updated with the latest AI technologies.
