- Lead the recruitment process from sourcing to hiring, ensuring we bring in only top-tier talent.
- Screen, interview, and assess applicants based on skills and cultural fit.
- Conduct psychological and competency assessments to evaluate candidates thoroughly. (e.g. PAPI Kostick, IQ tests, MBTI, or DiSC)
- Oversee onboarding and employee development initiatives.
- Act as the primary contact for HR-related inquiries.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Collaborate with department leaders to address workforce needs.
- Oversee HR & GA operations and budgets to support company activities.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Psychology, or other related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Human Resource, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge in labor laws, industrial relations, and HR compliance.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, interview techniques, and hiring processes.
- Ability to read and interpret psychological and competency assessments to support hiring decisions. (e.g.: PAPI Kostick, MBTI, or DISC).
- Ability to assess technical and soft skills effectively during the hiring process.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
